LEGALLY you are ENTITLED to receive Medical Massage as treatment if you've been in an auto accident.  ALL auto insurance policies in the state of Oregon include Personal Injury Protection (PIP).  It is very simple to access these benefits. Call and we can walk you through it!

We will need a letter of medical necessity regardless of your plan.  DON'T FRET! We have a simple form to send to your MD, ND or DC to fill out!

You may be responsible for co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles.

HSA/FSA

We accept all HSA and FSA cards for payment.  We will provide you with the proper documentation for your records.  Love that tax-free treatment!

Reimbursement

Some Insurance Providers as well as employers will reimburse you for your treatment.  We can provide you with the proper documents (Superbill) to help make this possible.  You should check with your insurance or employer and see. Who doesn't like a Free massage?!
